1) Who we are

These Terms govern your access to and use of PluginQueen.com, our support portal, and our WordPress/WooCommerce plugins (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms and to all policies referenced here (including our Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or for suspected fraud/abuse.

3) Purchases, Licenses & Updates

• License grant. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin(s) on the number of sites permitted by your license tier (e.g., Solo/Studio/Agency).

• Restrictions. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, publicly distribute license keys, or circumvent license checks. Reverse engineering is permitted only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

• Updates & Support. While your license is active (or in perpetuity for lifetime licenses), you receive product updates and support as stated on the purchase page. We may deliver updates that modify or discontinue features, provided core advertised functionality remains substantially intact.

• License verification. The plugin may securely contact our servers to validate license status and deliver updates.

4) Fees, Taxes & Refunds

• Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

• Our Refunds Policy (posted on PluginQueen.com) governs eligibility and process. Where permitted by law, refunds revoke access to downloads, updates and support.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) use automated scraping except as permitted by robots.txt or written consent; (e) misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate others.

6) Content & Feedback

If you share reviews, feedback, or support materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for operating and improving the Services. You represent you have rights to any content you provide.

7) Third-Party Services

Our plugins may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email providers, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services and all related IP (including code, design, trademarks, and logos) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms conveys ownership to you.

9) DMCA/Notice of Infringement

If you believe content infringes your IP, email support@pluginqueen.com with: (i) identification of the work; (ii) the infringing material/URL; (iii) your contact details; (iv) a good-faith statement and attestation of accuracy. We may remove or disable access and notify the user.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your license(s) end and you must cease using the plugins.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the  USA will have exclusive jurisdiction. If your law requires alternative consumer dispute forums, that right remains unaffected.

15) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on PluginQueen.com with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Miscellaneous

• Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or acquirer.

• Entire Agreement. These Terms plus referenced policies are the entire agreement.
