1) Overview

We stand behind the quality of our WordPress/WooCommerce plugins. If something isn’t working as advertised, we’ll fix it or refund you within the timeframe below. Because our products are digital, a refund revokes license access, product downloads, updates, and support.

Your statutory rights (where applicable) remain unaffected.

2) What’s covered

Standard purchases (single plugins & bundles)

  • Refund window: 14 days from purchase.

  • Eligibility: The plugin does not function as described on PluginQueen.com and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you’ve provided requested details (see Section 5).

Renewals (if applicable)

  • Grace period: 7 days from renewal if you haven’t meaningfully used the renewed license (e.g., no updates downloaded or support consumed).

Accidental duplicate orders

3) What’s not covered

  • Change of mind or “no longer needed” after download/activation.

  • Unsupported environments (e.g., outdated PHP/WordPress/WooCommerce versions, incompatible hosting, or conflicts with nulled/modified software).

  • Third-party conflicts outside our control when we cannot reproduce the issue on a standard environment.

  • Custom requests (feature work, bespoke code, or consulting) once delivered.

  • Lifetime bundles after extensive use (multiple sites activated, repeated updates downloaded) unless the product fails to perform as advertised and we cannot fix it.

  • Abuse or policy circumvention (e.g., repeated refunds to gain temporary access).

4) Effects of a refund

  • License keys are deactivated and future updates/support access are removed.

  • Download links in your PluginQueen.com account are disabled.

  • Any continued use after refund is not permitted by the license.

5) Before we refund (what we’ll ask for)

To resolve issues quickly, our team may request:

  • The order number and the domain(s) where the plugin is installed.

  • Steps to reproduce, error logs, and screenshots/video if possible.

  • Temporary staging site access (never production credentials unless you choose to provide them) to test without affecting live customers.
    If we cannot reproduce or fix the issue in a reasonable timeframe, we’ll proceed with a refund within the window.

6) How to request a refund

  1. Email support@pluginqueen.com with subject Refund Request – [Order #].

  2. Include the plugin(s), purchase date, domain(s), and a short description of the issue.

  3. We’ll confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and either propose a fix/workaround or approve the refund.

  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: We process approved refunds within 3–5 business days; your bank or payment processor may take an additional 5–10 business days to post funds.

7) Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact support@pluginqueen.com first—we can resolve most issues faster than a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution. If a chargeback is opened, licenses are suspended during the investigation.

8) Pricing adjustments & promotions

  • We do not retroactively apply discounts to completed orders.

  • If you purchased within 72 hours of a new promotion, contact us; at our discretion we may extend a one-time courtesy credit.

9) Currency, taxes, and fees

Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any exchange-rate differences, bank fees, or taxes are handled by your payment provider and may not be recoverable.

10) Resellers & marketplaces

If you purchased from an authorized reseller or marketplace, please follow their refund procedure. We’re happy to help, but the refund must be initiated with the seller of record.

11) Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The latest version will be posted on PluginQueen.com and supersedes prior versions.
